This cult classic is the first installment of the Tremors series. A peaceful, isolated community is under siege from bloodthirsty subterranean monsters.

Trivia:

Originally, the monsters in the film were supposed to be completely dry and not slimy as they appear in the film. The made the decision to make them slimy when it turned out that the gloss paint effect made them look like they were covered in nail varnish.
