"Weird Al" Yankovic's movie debut, in which he inherits a local TV station and fills it with wacky, offbeat programming in an attempt to defeat the corrupt local station.

Trivia:

Actor Trinidad Silva who played Raul in the movie, was killed by a drunk driver before all his scenes were filmed. The movie is dedicated to his memory.
