The Hunger Games return with such a sequel twist that you can't believe writer Suzanne Collins didn't think of film when writing. Catching Fire builds up with all types of subversive messaging which is interesting but also brings into relief the limitations of the genre and film.
Valentine's Day revolves around a cast of dozens of Los Angeleans over the course of a single Valentine's Day, as they discover love, infidelities, and new connections amongst themselves. The bulk of the screen time is given to Reed Bennett (Kutcher) and Julia Fitzpatrick (Garner), as they both discover that their loved ones are not entirely who they seem to be, but a cast chock-full of Hollywood talent (Jennifer Roberts, Jessica Biel, Jamie Foxx, Bradley Cooper, Taylor Lautner, etc.) also have their plotlines interwoven into the story.
