This is the opposite of the Talkative Villain cliche. In this cliche, the hero or other good-hearted people takes time to tell the villain why their actions are a waste of time, or why the person overall sucks.
The advantage of the "Why you Suck" speech by the hero or victim, is that the truth is so powerful, it stops the villain in his/her tracks (Angus), or it makes the villain do something stupid out of pride (A Few Good Men), which leads to their undoing. The "Why you Suck" speech isn't always for the villain, however. Sometimes it is needed to also put the hero or another important character back on track to success. (Any Given Sunday)
