Lance Clayton is an unsuccessful author with a kid who is about as disgusting and perverted as possible. Lance is in a phony relationship and isn't going anywhere in his career. After a freak incident, he had the chance to get everything he deserved, despite the tragic circumstances.

When Dr. Pentola is handing out copies of Kyle's book "You Don't Know Me," they show two pages of the book. What is actually shown is two pages of The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka.
